Their connection charge system is very clear: the connection charge is equal to the outbound rate.

In particular you should note the following quote from that page.

"What happens if I hit the send button on my mobile after dialling my international destination?

Our service works when you call our access number then dial your international destination without pressing send. Our service will recognise that you have completed dialling your destination number and connect you to your destination.

If you press send on your mobile, at any time, after dialling the international number you will put the call through your mobile provider's service. This will result in your mobile provider charging you for an international call. So remember, to continue to enjoy low cost international calls from your mobile, DON'T PRESS SEND after dialling your destination!"
